The Plymouth-Canton Community Schools Council is a representative group of parents from each school building in the District. This group usually meets on the fourth Thursday of the month from 9:30 – 11:30 a.m. in the E.J. McClendon Educational Center Board of Education Meeting Room located at: 454 S. Harvey St., Plymouth, MI 48170.
Members bring issues from their individual schools to discuss with the School Council representatives. Programs and speakers inform members about educational issues that concern
P-CCS students and parents. All meetings are open to the public, and our guests often include School Board Members, District Administrators, Program Specialists, and Community Leaders.

We have received a request to hold a special School Council meeting on Monday April 15 to give all members the chance to meet with Dr. Michael Meissen, our new Superintendent. Dr. Meissen will be in town on Monday and Tuesday and has asked to meet with parents in the district, and Dr. Hughes has asked us to be the parents!

Hi, everyone! Today I received a letter from the Plymouth-Canton Community Schools Board of Education explaining that they have begun the search for a new superintendent by retaining the services of Ray & Associates, a search firm that specializes in assisting boards with the identification and selection of superintendents.
