Physicals are required before a student may tryout. These must be dated April 15, 2012 or later. A physical form can also be found in the school’s main office. One physical form will allow the student athlete to participate in sports the entire school year. P-CCS ATHLETIC PHYSICAL FORMS ARE PREFERRED.
Pay to Participate 2012-2013 Season
Cost: $100 for the first sport; $100 for the second sport; 3rd, 4th and 5th sport are free. A check made payable to "P-CCS" should be submitted to the coach or payments can be made online via PaySchools

The sports marked with (**) above have a gate collection fee of $2 for adults/$1 for students.
